Attention Hidden River Hills Property Owners

The LTPOA Island Hills development advisory committee has scheduled a 2-part meeting for all Hidden River Hills property owners on August 19 at the Nottawa Township Hall in Centreville.

At 9:00 A.M. Bob Griffioen and Ron Schulte, co-developers will be present and at 10:30 AM there will be a private meeting of homeowners. Please click here for the Agenda.

Raintree Boulevard residents who are not LTPOA members are also invited. Attached here you will find the actual lawyers draft legal agreement that will be the topic of discussion.

LAKE TEMPLENE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT MEETINGS

The Lake Board determines how to spend the taxes collected by Sherman and Nottawa Townships from the Special Assessment District to maintain Lake Templene. It meets on the first Thursday of each month at Nottawa Township Hall at 112 S. Clark Street in Centreville, MI. 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It is an open meeting. Any interested party may attend. Be sure to check the Web Site Events Calendar for meeting dates and times.
