About Us

HISTORY
The Lake Templene Property Owners Association (LTPOA) was established in the early 1990s and envisioned as a community-focused organization dedicated to preserving the lake’s natural beauty and fostering a sense of camaraderie among its residents. Over the past decades, LTPOA has grown significantly, expanding its services and impact on the community. The association has been instrumental in implementing conservation efforts, organizing community events, and enhancing the overall quality of life for its members.
