UPCOMING EVENTS

Lake Cleanup Day
Join us on September 10, 2024, for our annual lake cleanup event. Volunteers will gather at the Marina at 9:00 AM to help remove debris and ensure the lake remains pristine. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Community BBQ and Picnic
Celebrate the end of summer with a community BBQ at Templene Park on September 24, 2024, starting at 12:00 PM. Enjoy good food, games, and great company. All LTPOA members and their families are welcome.
FALL FESTIVAL
Mark your calendars for October 14, 2024. The festival will feature crafts, music, and seasonal activities for all ages. Check the Events Calendar for more details as the date approaches.

Important Notices

water quality testing
Regular water quality testing will be conducted on August 15, 2024. Results will be posted on the LTPOA website under the Environmental Updates section once available.
dock maintenance
All residents with private docks are reminded to complete annual maintenance by September 1, 2024. Please refer to the Dock Maintenance Guidelines on our website for best practices.

Community Alerts

boating safety
Increased patrols will be in effect during late summer weekends to enforce boating safety regulations. Please adhere to all lake rules to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Wildlife Sightings
There have been recent sightings of coyotes in the vicinity of Lake Templene. Exercise caution, especially during early mornings and late evenings, and report any encounters to the LTPOA wildlife management team.
